          It works for me, using Palemoon browser.

          Try only http://www.unicode.org then drill down from the menus to the chart.

                I may NOT have the proper UNICODE font set enabled in my browser. But utf-8 should work...

                      Doesn't work on my box.

                      There is almost 6,000 lines of this stuff in
                      /usr/share/X11/locale/en_US.UTF-8/Compose
