I really wish I hadn't, they are jerks over there. I included a screenshot of a dialogue box from gopenvpn & asked how I could add an entry to sudoers so I wouldn't have to enter my password every time. All I was told was "sudoers is irrelevant here" & "please don't embed large pictures"
