I didn't see a 'Welcome' thread anywhere but just wanted to say 'hi' to the Kubuntu community. I've been using Ubuntu-based distros since Spring 2012 and recently installed Kubuntu 16.04. It's a great KDE based distro and I enjoyed setting it up. I think I have finally found my final distro for use---great distro and a big, active community. I'm looking forward to contributing where I can.

I've got Kubuntu 16.04 running on all my machines. I do have a spare so I think I'll load up Kubuntu 16.10 (just released in Beta 2 and do some testing. Thanks to all for the welcome.Comment

I bounced around using different *buntus until I finally settled on Kubuntu. It says something great about the community that you don't use Kubuntu and you're still active on the forums.Comment
