    That law suit actively made some corporates choose not use Java as they were worried about the consequences. The other famous law suit of course is SCO vs IBM which some may be surprised to know is still ongoing.

      Larry Ellison apparently doesn't own enough fighter jets or pacific islands to park them on. He's like the former fund manager who cashed in and bought a pharmaceutical that sold the only approved treatment for toxoplasmosis for $13.50/dose and immediately jacked the price to $750/dose.

      And the courts. Schizophrenic, if not overly influenced by money. Hint: trips for judges.
