- Change konsole colors to black on random light

- Replace Dolphin by Krusader as default file manager
- Replace the default KDE application launcher by Lancelot (I find it much more handy)
- Change the grub boot order to boot Windows first (it is my work laptop, and at work I am required to use windows, at home I boot linux)
and reduce the autoboot time-out to 3 seconds
The reason for this is that when I arrive at work, the first thing I do is to switch on my laptop and get a cup of coffee while it boots
if I leave the default linux boot, I need to reboot it in windows afterwards.
