Amazon's patent on photos taken against a white background...
It's not what a lot of knee-jerk reactors think it is.

Hmm. Maybe I should patent the patent process itself. No one has doen that yet, have they?

Im going to one up you and patent the idea to patent the patent process. And then Im going to patent the idea to patent the idea to patent the patent process etc.
I suppose the Amazon attorneys were eating lunch and Bob said to Jim, "Hey, when was the last time we saw any money out of those suits upstairs?". The rest is history...
What would worry me about that photo process is those kilowatts being used by the photos. I am a medical professional and the jury is still out on what high voltage (EMF) does to the human body. Personally I leave the room when they fire up anything above a microwave oven and that is only 700 watts.
