Is this some kind of user agent switcher/hider addon?

I noticed this in my server logs (look at the user agent string at the end of each line):

Just curious as to what may have caused it.

Looks like it, yeah... it's pulling in lines from the "V for Vendetta" movie script and using those as a user agent string.
