How to measure your ring size just in case somebody might like to order one... http://www.wikihow.com/Find-Your-Ring-Size

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with this company in any way whatsoever, I just think the ring is totally cool and wanted to share it.

When I saw it it also made me think of the new 3-D printers.

One can be purchased for about 1200 USD they will, apparently, run on just about any kind of machine. Don't know if it has to be windblows.

Anyone, one can take any 3D image, one could get one from Daz 3D probably for fifty bucks. There would be a big variety.

Modify the "inset", to look like the Kubu kicker.

Print it out it would probably be in two halves.

Glue them together, and paste a "rod" onto it.

Then, put that in a blob of silicone and let the silicon dry, this is what jewelers actually do.

When dry, "cut around it, vertically along the side of the ring, but not into the ring.

Then physically rip the silicon apart and remove the model.

The silicone will then go back perfectly.

Pour silver into the rod hole and let it cool, remove the ring, buff it, remove the rod and you have a ring.

But, .... I think it would be a LOT EASIER to just order this one!! lol

      NICE post!

I've done a little machining in the past, I know exactly how these are made, and when I have enough room on one of my credit cards, I just might be gettin' me one.

How cool -- I want one!

But, talk about a ring that you need to remove before making bread!
