Replace that section of fence with a huge bolder! You won't have to keep replacing the fence, and you'll get some satisfaction when the next drunk hits the rock!

Some friends of ours three blocks north have a house at the southwest corner of a very busy intersection. After a few damaging yard intrusions, the owner put a massive V-shaped chunk of granite close to the edge, with the point facing the intersection. He's got quite the collection of car bumpers now!

I say put up a webcam with night vision and put the video on the internet! You could make a fortune!
