This isn't exactly like back in the time of the great throwing of bricks from the overpasse in CA but... lol
That really was a heavenly time to drive in CA....not a car on the road unless it had an authorization sticker, and I was dating .... a nurse that specialized in patients with Heart problems! lol....
As far as one could see....not a car in sight! lol
