    Hi GG.
    Thanks for the linky.

    The gentle readers might find this to be somewhat interesting;

    On 16 April 2012 reports started to appear from the first buyers who had received their Raspberry Pi.[49][50] As of 22 May 2012 over 20,000 units have been shipped.[51] On 16 July 2012 it was announced that 4000 units are being manufactured per day.
    The above from the Wikipedia Article.

        25$, 35$ ... now $42. Inflation or demand?

          $25 is for the Model A, $35 is for the Model B.

          Both prices are exclusive of sales tax (or V.A.T., as we call it in the UK), which stands at 20% right now, so $7 VAT is exactly what I'd expect to see on a $35 purchase.

            Model A was ment to be $25, model B was $35 and initial shipments where of model B only, not sure whats happened to A. The prices have also always excluded taxes as far as I am aware.

              Having said that, sales to customers outside the EU *should* be exempt from VAT...

                VAT isn't charged to non-EU purchasers.
