Last I Heard he was using XFCE but that may have changed by now.

Last I've heard his daughter has OpenSuse on her laptop and since it is traditionally KDE distro maybe he's not far away himself.

But KDE3 does not resemble Windows Vista/7. Maybe Linus had been using Vista and by using KDE4 brings back 'orrible nightmares of using Vista/7.

Mice? In the past when I've used Windows I've only used one mouse (singular) not mice (plural).
