Really? Does it in fact recognize when an audio CD is insterted, mount it, read and display the album tracks, and allow one to start playing 'immediately'? If it does, then I may give the current version a try -- I have not as of yet.
One would have to make sure audio CDs are associated with Amarok and auto-mount enabled, just sayin.

Well, Amarok still can't deal with Audio CD's correctly, at least here.
Device Actions for Amarok:
Name: Play Audio CD with Amarok
Command: amarok --cdplay %25f
Devices must match the following parameters for this action:
The device property Available Content must contain Audio
Edit Parameter
Parameter type: Property Match
Device type: Optical Disc
Value name: Available Content
Contains: Audio
Reads the Audio CD, allows me to copy the CD contents to the Play List, but will not play the tracks.
Device Actions for Kaffeine:
Name: Play Audio CD with Kaffeine
Command: kaffeine --audiocd %25d
Devices must match the following parameters for this action:
The device property Available Content must contain Audio
Edit Parameter
Parameter type: Property Match
Device type: Optical Disc
Value name: Available Content
Contains: Audio
Reads the Audio CD when selected from the Notifier Actions list and starts to play it immediately.
Amarok still sucks when it comes to Audio CD's. Sad. Very, very sad.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.
