Hi Ole, glad to see you back! :-)

Good point...and from a technician's standpoint, I'll be interested to see how all this ends up working out. I'll be bringing a USB mouse along as part of my "kit." :-)

    Regards...

I'm sure it will work out quite well - at least from some people's point of view. My problem is the continued "dumbing down" of computer technology. "The people" lose ownership - to me the most important aspect of any technology. (But that's a whole 'nother thread.)

Microsoft talks up Windows 8 business features. http://www.zdnet.co.uk/news/desktop-...ures-40095199/
"Windows 8 will change the face of computing and devices whether it be for consumers or enterprises," Turner said. "It's one of the most — if not the most — important [OS] that we've ever had the privilege of developing."

I'm glad there's a barf bag on the airplane now, because seeing "rich television" in print makes me want to throw up.

Microsoft announcements would be more honest if they replaced every occurrence of "rich" (of which there are many...) with "bloated".
I'd rather be locked out than locked in.
