I thought I'd hit two items here.
There has been discussion about putting Kubuntu on one of the new tablets.
Here is an article about ubu on an android type phone that docks with a monitor.
If one can put Ubu on it one could put Kubu on it.

Here is the Asus "Padphone"... plugs the phone into the back of a keybaord/monitor/tablet thingy.
Here is an article about Canonical's "Bold Move" to get Unity on a cell phone and asking WHY you would want Unity on a cell phone (guess he was a day ahead of the above article .....and also mention that "Canonical tried to kill Kubuntu".
What I find curious is the number of articles that really seem to LIKE Kubuntu, so, ....hmmmmm by posting it Kubuntu maybe got some good press, dunno.

Just as an aside, There are several videos on You Tube about how one can put a "Linux" on a cell phone and STILL have the original OS and it is both a functioning phone and the Linux...if one could put a "Ubuntu" on there one could put a Kubuntu on there. and .......dock said phone...
