For about a week I've been playing with the latest Sabayon and must say it's a nice and stable platform.
But where it can't compete is in the repositories.
In Kubuntu it's rare I can't find the program or plug-in I want, getting some smaller application is in Sabayon an ever recurring problem.
Of course it has options to compile and there are good instructions and How To's but just starting up Muon or Apt is that much nicer
