I'd be very concerned re a lack of decent hardware accelerated 2D/3D/OpenGL support. No NVidia is a deal breaker for me - and nouveau is no where near good enough.

I almost did not purchase this Acer 7739 a month ago because it had an Intel HD3000 graphic chip in it, but, I have been pleasantly surprised!

Stellarium is as smooth as silk and reports 40fps.
Minecraft's F3 button reports 30fps.
Enemy Territory doesn't report a fps (that I could find) but it is MUCH faster than I can play.
