There is a new DE in town, and it's called Razor-Qt. Though it's only at 0.4.0, it could be to KDE what XFCE or LXDE is to GNOME over on the GTK+ side.

It is a nice Qt based desktop, maybe someday there will be a Qubuntu as now there are the Xubuntu & Lubuntu.
Now the Razor-Qt doesn't have own filemanager, browser or other applications. Looking the Qt-Apps:

Razor-QT without the plasma, but it looks cool.
