    Hi...

I don't have any Polish background (that I know of,) but the Kielbasa in Wikipedia's picture looks pretty good. Sorry, I don't have any recipes.

EDIT: I just remembered that I picked up a couple packages of knackwurst today, which are similar.

    Regards...

I'm not Polish either; mostly German + Native American + something (maybe Scottish). There are Polish in the family though

        Hi...

Mostly German here too, although I have some French, English, Scottish and American Indian (Cherokee, I think, not sure) as well.

Facet polski tutaj, jak możecie widzieć tym zdaniem i moim imieniem użytkownika . (Polish guy here, as you can see with this sentence and my username). I haven''t had any Polish sausage in quite a while, but Iwouldn't mind having some once in a while.

PS. Idon't know much Polish myself, I just used Wiktionary, which is pretty good for some translation IMO.

All I will say is that kilbossa does a number on my digestive tract. I avoid it at all costs.

              From the wikipedia article:

Sausage is a staple of Polish cuisine and comes in dozens of varieties, smoked or fresh, made with pork, beef, turkey, horse, lamb, veal, or bison

Sorry for you. There are a number of foods I can't eat without dire consequences, so I'm glad for the ones I can.

Have to say guys, that was delish.
