The following article FROM THE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC has this highly pregnant sentence in it:

Ummmmm compare the above sentence to the below graph which was PRODUCED BY THE IPCC in..............1990!!!!! :

OF COURSE...it is the hottest RECORDED ON PAPER... year since 1850....DURING THE LAST LITTLE ICE AGE!!!!!

To see just HOW MUCH ..... people with an agenda will "lie by not saying the WHOLE TRUTH".

And it also illustrates just how much information has been REMOVED from U.S. textbooks and how LITTLE real science the PRESENT crop of U.S. teachers knows. The ASSUMPTION of the National GEOGRAPHIC!!! WHAT!!! WHAT!!!!! is that the present science teacher has no clue about ANY of this.... and.... they also know that.........ANY high school science teacher knew about that graph in the fifties...( not made by the IPCC btw, but the same graph anyway).

And Hubble believed that Red Shifting was a linear function of distance, but the only paper by him cited by modern cosmologists is the 1929 paper in which he mentioned a non-linear interpretation and the assumptions one had to make to accept it.

In his George Darwin Lecture of 1953 with the title “The Law of Red-Shifts,” a graph is provided showing a linear relation of several galaxy groups. On the bottom corner of the graph are the words “NO RECESSION FACTOR." In other words, if the dimming factor for recession of the galaxies is not used, the relation between redshift (usually expressed as velocity) and apparent magnitude will be linear. And in Hubble’s words from the same lecture: “When no recession factors are included, the law will represent approximately a linear relation between red-shifts and distance.
