    Gates takes stand in WordPerfect

Slashdot is reporting that Bill Gates took the stand in a $1 billion lawsuit brought by Novell claiming Microsoft "duped" (not my word) it into hoping WP would make it into the then to-be-released Windows 95 then reneging.

And those last six words pretty much sum up the Micro$oft way of doing business. In my...*cough*...humble opinion.
