      DYK, you know you could write a motivational book about your health ordeals, complete with tips for hanging on and for navigating the system. Is THAT your big surprise? Did you send a prospectus out and are now expecting a publisher to sign you on by January?

            Are you expecting some sort of research grant from some organization or opportunity to join some organization (in some capacity)?
