A new word in English lexicon.

I ran across this from a poster at another forum as a "new word" but actually, apparently, it appeared in a recordable manner in 2007 but I had not heard it before and thought others might get a chuckle;

"Voluntold"

When someone "volunteers" someone else for something so that the other person really doesn't have a choice.

My boss voluntold me for the Charity's fundraiser.

Although not sparklingly new, one of my favorites is scareify, "to frighten or make scared." I actually used it in the identity theft post when discussing Steve Gibson's shady tactics. Scareifying is also the primary purpose of the TSA, too. Sheep make for much better passengers than actual citizens protective of their rights.

Haha. You must be referring to my mention of sheep. Really, it's true: I had a little lamb on a flight once. Very tasty, and no noisy demands for "mutton's rights!"
