I have to pay $69.95/month for my crappy connection. I can upgrade to the top tier and get 1.5Mbps down and 256Mbs up for $89.95/month. If that isn't insulting enough, I have a 12,000MB download limit per month. I get cut back to 24Kbps for a month if I go over my limit. I rule!!!
How I envy those with inexpensive HighSpeed Broadband access in the lower-48 States.

& this is supposed to be that fiber optics stuff ..........well it is kinda fast ; I can get a kubuntu .ISO in 6 minutes
hear .......back home in NC on my $35 a month Windstreem cable it takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours
so hows that google+ thing their ....... like facebook or something?

We got it for $36.99 a month for the first 12 months then I think it goes up to around $60. That's for internet only - we don't have a hard phone line and our TV provider is Dish.
