Like I say, they are all "mushed" together in my mind and without a Google search I couldn't say for sure where what I remember comes from, or if it is a synthesis of my imagination.
BTW, that's why old folks like me wax philosophical in our old age ... we can't remember facts, so we deal in generalities and platitudes.
