    Eagles

If you're into wildlife, into birds, you may want to follow this, live:

One has hatched, the other two eggs showing cracks. You'll see a dead rabbit laying around, maybe a dead crow, been brought there by daddy-eagle for food for the chicks as they hatch. Viewership has risen from 8,000 to 120,000 with the recent hatched chick. Cam-pan now and then shows that nest is up there about 60-80 feet. Mom-eagle is real fussy about keeping the nest neat, as you'll see if you follow this.

For about 15 years Peregrine Falcons have been nesting on the Nebraska State capital building.

Momma showed up a couple days ago. She's taken to nesting there at night, but no eggs have been laid yet.

      Re: Eagles

I saw momma Eagle move. She appears to be setting on two chicks, but the first hatched chick is at the side of the nest and appears to be neglected. The little guy is chirping his head off but momma is ignoring him. (her?) Is momma deciding to raise only two?

She's pulled the little guy under her to give him shelter! 8)

Edit: She got off the brood and exposed two hatched chicks and one egg. Now she is feeding them: 16:55 CST
