This "foggy patent" is exactly what happened to internet radio in the U.S. As argued by the RIAA for the big media companies, who took as their cover the legislation sponsored by a Democrat and co-sponsored by a Republican lap dog that always votes Democrat.
The RIAA got a European internet radio station that has a subscription model to use for the financial structure of their "possible losses"....

Seriously though it is really sad that we no longer control our government and makes me wonder if we every really did.
