As with the C64 so ahead of its time and under estimated to what it could do. As with the C64 I never understood why my first PC, an 386SX machine couldn't do sound without buying "extra" equipment. Same with so many other features. Truly the marketing department for Commodore at that time really didn't know what they were doing.

This brings back some great memories!
Speaking of predecessors. I had a KIM single board computer. That dated the C64 and C64. The 6502 CPU then was owned by mos technologies. They even had a class at my local college that offered learning machine language programming using the KIM.

My Amiga was the older 500 brand. Then I got the newer one. I think named the 200.
