@GG re youtube clip: ain't that the d*d truth! (Other day, talking to a friend on the phone, I "lost" a 3-pound slab of wild salmon in my kitchen. For some reason, I set it in the microwave, though it wasn't even frozen and was prepared for the grill. Should I confess that?!)
