Maybe I'm just getting old but this whole Kubuntu/ Hardy Heron thing has the look and feel of learning those new "desktop computer" things and playing with a free demo called Windows 1.0 (but I noticed it was written by the guy who designed MS-DOS).
It's been an interesting ride.

I've had good luck so far. I jumped ship a while after I originally made this post, but I jumped back on @ Alpha 6, and now running Hardy Beta w/ KDE4 - working great for me as of right now!Comment
