How to file a Kubuntu bug report on Launchpad?

Hey, I've lately been experiencing a bug with Discover and its Flatpak backend where sometimes installing a Flatpak will fail and return Aborted due to failure (While trying to apply extra data: apply_extra script failed, exit status 256). I wanted to report this downstream since this seemed at first like some sort of misconfiguration, but this is my first time using Launchpad and I've no clue how to use it. Could someone help me?

The easiest way is to run in a terminal
    Code:
     ubuntu-bug plasma-discover-backend-flatpak
This will walk you through the steps and open your browser

    https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubunt...tu-bug.html.en
    https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs
    https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Re..._Launchpad.net

The error message is quite common, and seems to be unrelated to Plasma Discover or any desktop/distro so you possibly find this already reported when going through the reporting steps.
