I've noticed that compared to previous versions where you can re-add your third party sources after an upgrade, this upgrade to Oracular Oriole purges your sources list completely of 3rd party sources. For most of them, you can simply add them again. However, there are a few that only gets added the first time they're installed via deb packages, such as Opera browser (my personal preference of choice browser), Google Chrome and Free Download Manager. I've searched all over in trying to find their sources list but to no avail. Sure, they can still be updated manually by searching for deb files, but it's a pain in the neck to every time search to see if there's a version update available. Opera does a better job by setting a red asterisk in the top left menu to remind you there's a version update available. Google Chrome and Free Download Manager doesn't. I guess I got too used to using apt and sources list to keep all my applications updated. Is there a work around?

/etc/apt/sources.list.d is where each would add information if you wanted to edit things mmaually.
The real issue is the new deb format for sources breaks Discover showing your apt sources. You can get to the Software Sources tool to do this graphically in a roundabout way: open the Driver Manager in Systwem settings. Thus is just a tab in the tool, so just switch to the appropriate tab there to edit/enable/disable the sources.
