Problem using Add Network Folder (Network Folder Wizard)

Hello all this is my first post on the kubuntu forum. I have just installed Kubuntu Plasma 6.1.5 in my Dell Inspiron 3585 duel booting Windows 11 machine. So far the OS appears to be working very well but I have hit a problem with the Add Network Folder app. When I try to create a Network Folder I get two error messages, both appearing simultaneously.

    Message 1

    Error – KDE Network Wizard
Unable to connect to the server. Please check your setting and try again

    Message 2

    KnetAttach
    Examining (Failed)
    smb:///documents

These are the settings I input..

Microsoft Windows network drive click > clicking Next
    Name: Laptop
    Server: smb://laptop2
    Folder: documents
Tick Create an icon for this remote folder
    Save @ Connect

    Two observations
    1. Using the Dolphin file manager the command “smb://laptop2/documents” works every time connecting to the remote Laptop2 Windows machine
    2. I found using KDE Neon this app to works

    Any help would be appreciated
