Hello, I installed 24.10 yesterday and am having issues with wifi drivers. The machine is a 2013 Macbook pro with the broadcom wifi. I had Ubuntu 24.04 installed previously and the wifi worked upon install. The wifi on Kubuntu is only able to pull about 5-10mbps speeds. The wifi on Ubuntu 24.04 was getting 250-500. When I open the drivers settings, under additional drivers, there is nothing listed. I have searched and searched and tried all kinds of different things and hit a deadend every time. I am unable to install broadcom wl tools or whatever it's called. I also was only able to connect to 2.4 ghz on Kubuntu whereas on 24.04 I was able to connect to 5ghz if that means anything. Any help appreciated. Please let me know what further information I can provide. I am not a Linux noob but I am not seasoned either FWIW. Thank you.
