Breeze GTK theme Snap conflict by default

Out of the box, Kubuntu 24.10 includes the gtk-theme-breeze and icon-theme-breeze snap packages. As the name suggests, these are up-to-date packages of the Breeze theme for GTK apps. However, they actually largely go unused because of the gtk-common-themes snap, which is preinstalled and also contains the Breeze GTK theme, but it's a pretty outdated version. You'll notice the header of GTK-based apps like Firefox does not actually change color upon focus because in the past the Breeze GTK theme used a separate color for the title bar and header area.

By default, snaps use the gtk-common-themes over the gtk-theme-breeze snap, leaving its inclusion pointless. Thus, I propose we remove one of the two snaps in default installs. Either keep the old theme (gtk-common-themes) or use the new theme (gtk-theme-breeze). My preference is for the latter.
