[PLASMA 5] Auto-enable FCITX on Wayland?

Now that Plasma defaults to a Wayland session, maybe it would be worth working on enabling FCITX out of the box, rather than displaying a notification with instructions on how to enable? I think it would help the beginner experience, and I have seen at least one person complain about it: https://oldbytes.space/@Kroc/113877143292242498

That said, I imagine this notification is probably here for a reason. What might be standing in the way of getting FCITX running without manual user intervention? Or was this a deliberate choice for users who wish not to have it enabled?

it IS enabled, and why there is the messaging.
This is not a Kubuntu specific thing, iirc, and the messaging is straight from fcitx themselves, as well.
I am not sure what the suggested changes do , exactly and how they might affect other applications or desktop usage, though, so maybe this is why they aren't set up front.
    For example: https://fcitx-im.org/wiki/Using_Fcit...d#QT_IM_MODULE

Personally, I'd think not enabling it by defualt, unless an appropriate language is set during the install would be better, but then again this may be even greater a hassle for the user at the moment than for non-users to simply dismiss the warning and move on.
It does need a more user-friendly text, though.

Ideally if we wanted it disabled by default, perhaps the notification would be better off having the direct option to enable fcitx. Example:

Would you like to enable advanced input settings?
(for those who rely on multiple keyboard layouts)

      Yes No

Yes enables fcitx, and no doesn't and will not show the popup again. Perhaps the popup itself could be accessed from a system tray icon, similar to the Firefox Integration icon that appears on fresh installs of many Plasma distros.
