holding meta to change windows only works while the app launcher is open

I think my computer is haunted or something cause my brain cannot comprehend this issue at all.

Used wayland. Wayland broke after an update. Went back to X11. X11 broken.

You may want to add more details so those of us who are dense (like me) can know what it is that is happening.

resize with rclick+meta (or whatever it is set to)
move with lclick+meta (or whatever it is set to)
