As you can see in the pic, Dolphin displays date modified as day/month/year.
I am trying to set it to use ISO date format, YYYY-MM-DD.

In system settings, time and date formats are no longer broken down into individual settings, they are bundled in regional settings.
Good news, there is a version for American English that uses ISO date! But, when I click on it and Apply, nothing changes when I go back to the other screen.
I also tried disabling automatic time/date, and rebooting, but that did not do it.
Please help me figure out why isn't this working, and how can I make the system use ISO date while generally using English - North America regionalization?
