Okular does not restore the sidebar after rebooting the PC. Okular version 23.08.5

    Hello everyone.
Okular does not restore the sidebar after rebooting the PC.
Each time I open a document, I have to press F7 to display the sidebar .
Does anyone know how to solve this issue, or is this a bug?
