Kernel 6.11 looks to be here

The new HWE kernel backported from Ubuntu 24.10 should bring better hardware support, but also can possibly have DKMS failures for rebuilding third party drivers from git and Nvidia driver shim sometimes, here and there.
Don't forget that you can always boot to a previous kernel from Grub and troubleshoot/try again/wait a bit for an update if this happens.

Note that there is also an update to the 6.8.0 kernel out as well.

Oddly, there didn't seem to be a 'pre-release' version (via the meta-package linux-generic-hwe-24.04-edge) that often is out a few weeks or more beforehand.

      Only one way to know.....
The question is which ones of the many crap chips that they make have gained support. Probably a small few at best.
