[KDE] How to upgrade to 24.04 NOT 24.10

Considering that 24.10 is released, and I am still on 22.04
Question. How do I do an upgrade to 24.04 ONLY ??
PS. I do NOT want 24.10
Also I know muon is now considered obsolete, what program does KDE or Ubuntu expect us to use?
I am asking as somehow firefox is locked in Muon and I cannot unlock it. Will it be unlocked if I upgrade.
ALSO I really hate wiping and installing a new version. It's worse the Micro$uxs updating

There is no skipping ahead possible, so you can't upgrade from 22.04 to 24.10 directly. You also can't do it indirectly unless you choose to do so.

You can only upgrade 22.04 to 24.10 by first upgrading to 24.04, and then changing the upgrade notification settings to enable non-LTS upgrades, then upgrading to 24.10.

In Software Sources set it to Long Term Releases Only.

Yes, this should be the default setting on LTS.
