A not very competent user here, so bear with me:
In 22.04 in the installation wizard there was an option to encrypt a drive with LUKS and I didn't have to worry about the partition structure, it just happened. With Ubuntu 24.04 this again is the case, just select encrypted partition during install and I get boot, boot efi and luks without me having to do anything. However in Kubuntu 24.04 no such simple option exists, it's either a clean unencrypted partition or I can manually configure partitions, including LUKS but to be honest, I am way out of my depth in terms of what partitions to create and what file system to put on them. Is there a guide for simpletons that makes it clearer or a more straightforward way to make a clean 24.04 install with LUKS?
Ta!
