    Update not working for several days

    I was not sure where to post this.

    I keep trying the update icon in my tray for several days but it keeps failing.

    Dependency resolution failed:

    The following packages have unmet dependencies: libreoffice-kf6: Depends: libreoffice-core (= 4:24.8.2-0ubuntu1) but 4:24.8.5-0ubuntu0.24.10.1~bpo24.04.1 is to be installed libreoffice-qt6: Depends: libreoffice-core (= 4:24.8.2-0ubuntu1) but 4:24.8.5-0ubuntu0.24.10.1~bpo24.04.1 is to be installed

    Just to remind users and devs that Ubuntu and its flavors have a long way to go to be as usr friendly as they should be.

    Better, more meaningful information usually is seen if you update from the CLI.

    Open Konsole and type: sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade

    Copy and paste the output.
    Windows no longer obstructs my view.

      That seems to have worked. I don't know why I didn't think to try that.
