HWE stack for upgrade to 24.04.2

Hi,
In the last I was asked the same question about upgrading HWE stack 22.04 to 22.04.2.

I was run with 22.04, this command:

sudo apt install --install-recommends linux-generic-hwe-22.04

Is the same in 24.04 changing 22.04 to 24.04?

Yes it will be the same.
If you didn't get the new 6.11 kernel for some reason with your updates in the past couple of days, you would need to do the same step to make sure you have this meta-package installed. This is what pulls it in.

Do remember that the ".2" is just an updated ISO image, not a real release or anything. Updating normally is all you need to do to reach that point, an actually be 'ahead' of it.

Yes, I always get to .2 by updating.

As you say, no, I haven't received the 6.11 kernel, and I have deduced that, as in all the previous ones, I need to do the same step to make sure I have this meta-package installed.
