As usual upgrading using the upgrade warning button is a total turd.
By way of exception I used the button, instead pf a fresh install.
Now I have 'upgraded' from 22.04 LTS to 24.04.01 LTS and am now confronted with a myriad annoying stupid bugs.
Like links in Thunderbird not opening in Firefox. And external USB-disks - containing back-ups - being not accessible.
So I am now offered the option of delving the Internet for silly 'solutions', which do not work. Or do a clean install as usual.
Guess what.
