I think you are right Manjaro / Arch Linux from what I can gather, I'm debating jumping straight into Arch but know its reputation as powerhouse Distro .. I may need those rolling live updates in order to proper cover my Hardware/Firmware set and maximize WIFI 7
Waiting for Ubuntu patches or partial functionality doesn't appear like a good path for me either. Let me try running a Live session with Manjaro and see how it performs to recognize files/etc

So some further updates, after migrating to Manjaro, have the Bluetooth issue pretty much under control but it appears the WIFI still not getting recognized in the system.
This actually could be a Hardware fail issue and have the Lenovo Team tracking into this further. Beyond this have been trying to problem solve on the lspci / lsusb / mprod.

It is unclear on latest with WIFI enablement via Arch / Manjaro but still running tests and making sure Drivers/Hardware is getting picked up..

        Greetings!

For sake of Topic closure, noted some updates as we have confirmed it was Lenovo Hardware Failure.
Technician team came and replaced the entire Motherboard and the new chip immediately picked up WIFI/Bluetooth fuctionality.

As such, have now converted over into the Manjaro Distros and optimising Wifi 7.
Appears that the 6Ghz channel was both available on Kubuntu as well as Manjaro.

However as earlier admin mentioned, I think being on the latest edge of Kernel roll outs will better suit my updated system
