    I don't understand this message:

    ​Ibus notification

    Please unset QT_IM_MODULE and GTK_IM_MODULE enviroment variables and' ibus-deamon --panel disable' should be excecuted as a child proces of ibus-gtk3 component.

      every time I start my pc, i see this message in the right corner of my screen.

        OK. Log files could also probably help…

        But with the given information I suspect this to be a Wayland problem connected to defined input methods (that's what the "IM" stands for in QT_IM_MODULE and GTK_IM_MODULE).

        Does this also occur in X11? If it doesn't: perhaps one of the Wayland specialists here can help.
        As a reminder (from the Kubuntu 24.04 LTS release notes): "A Plasma Wayland session is available for testing by installing the plasma-workspace-wayland package, but is not supported."

          It does not occur with X11. It wil be a wayland problem thus.

          I have installed wayland a long time ago, bkut this problem exist about 3-4 monds.
          I will continue with x11.

            ibus is ancient, consider moving to fcitx5....
            Constant change is here to stay!
