    Only normal installation?

Only normal installation with full set of software?

Not sure what you are asking; your post seems more of a 'statement'. What exactly are you trying to get an answer to?

Unfortunately you are right: the only choice is "Normal Installation".
There is no "Minimal" option in the Kubuntu 23.10 installer anymore…

Yeah, that bothers me too. I really don't want LibreOffice, and the attempt to remove it is annoying, and never works well.

If you don't want LibreOffice, open the Konsole terminal emulator and enter ( -> but read and understand the output before confirming with "y"):
            sudo apt purge *libreoffice*
            sudo apt autoremove
            sudo apt autoclean

This should remove anything concerning LibreOffice.
