User added repositories not showing up in software-properties-qt

Recently upgraded to 23.10 from my previous 23.04 install. Everything went smoothly as always. Only problem I seem to have is that none of my newly added repositories are showing up in the software-properties-qt application. The repositories are active, I can see that when I do an apt update from the terminal, but the "other software" tab is empty. The repositories were added from the terminal and no error were produced.

Hm, I only can tell you that I can confirm this bug.

I also dist-upgraded my Kubuntu 23.04 to 23.10, re-added the Kubuntu Backports PPA afterwards and I also don't see its entry in software-properties-qt… (I nearly never use this program as I normally do those things in a terminal emulator - which works fine despite the missing entries in software-properties-qt.)
This is strange enough, but in my case it does show the deactivated CD entry of the original Kubuntu 23.04 installation and the old Kubuntu Backports PPA entry that was deacitivated by the installer before the dist-upgrade… Nothing else, though.

By the way: good old Discover (5.27.9) does show the re-added Kubuntu Backports PPA for 23.10 - but as deactivated (despite it is not).
