    Chip Card Reader

    Hi,
    I bought a chip card reader Rocketek RT-SCR2 to read my health insurance card. If I connect it with the USB-port it does not start to work. What do I have to do to make it working?

      Thank you very much for your advice. But the installation ist too complicated for me. I'll send back the card reader.
